Lori may be quiet on the outside, but she is feisty when it comes to helping her clients. She went under contract with a home, and they got an appraisal that came up short. However, Lori had done her homework and knew the comps in the area. She went to the lender professionally, presented her information, and showed the lender why the appraisal didn’t reflect the true value of the home.
The lender agreed so much that they decided to throw out the first appraisal and get another one. That’s almost unheard of. When that second appraisal came back, it matched the list price. Lori helped her buyers close a $37,000 difference—she was willing to go the extra mile!

Mike and his clients faced a similar situation, but they were on a tight timeline and now had to bring more money to closing than they had planned. Mike met with the team leader, and together, they developed a strategy to help them solve that problem. Instead of forcing the clients to lose their homes, Mike altered his commission so his buyers could bring that money to the closing table!
Fanny knew that her clients valued their culture and faith very much. As part of their culture, whenever someone purchases a home, the whole family comes in and does a blessing ceremony. Fanny took the time to open the door and help this process along. She knew what was important to her clients and valued it.
